Heavy Wall Desoldering Tips to fit Pace®
Air-Vac® and A.P.E.®
Desoldering Irons
These newly designed tips are engineered with a side wall
that is more than 50% heavier (thicker) than our standard tips. These offer the operator a tip that is more resistant to deformation when used to pry or move leads. These
long-life tips will offer improved heat recovery and life. They are available in
1" (25.4 mm) and 1.75" (44.5 mm) lengths and in the following ID's:
.040" (1.0 mm), .050" (1.3 mm) .060" (1.5 mm). These new tips
are identified with HW added to the part number. Samples are available. (
