This handy maintenance tool is used to remove unwanted solder and flux "build-up" from desoldering tip ID'S and from solder collector paths.

Just select the proper diameter rod from the Plato^® tool and push out any unwanted loose particles or solder from the desolder tip or collector path. Proper daily maintenance of all desoldering equipment minimizes premature tip clogging and will ensure improved performance.

This tool may be used on all popular desoldering equipment such as Pace^®, Weller^®, Plato^®, Air-Vac^®, APE^®, Hakko^® and many others. The Plato^® Tool contains various tip cleaners from .025" (.5mm) to ,065" (1.65mm) diameter.
